The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present with Jim Wissler, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted. 


It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the minutes of the last meeting as submitted. Ayes all, motion carried. 


It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the purchase of a Zenix Monitor/Defibrillator, EMS, Fire Configuration from Zoll Medical Corporation for $58,238.81, using funds from the Sac County Opiod Settlement funds. Ayes all, motion carried. 


Brian Blomme, Sac County Drainage Engineer introduced Alex Logan, Conservation Agronomist, who explained a batch and build bioreactor project for Sac County. The project will be funded through the Iowa Soybean Association. 


It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to adopt Resolution 2026-03-17, approving the transfers of $473,000.50 from Rural Basic fund to Secondary Road fund and $44,860.50 from General Basic fund to Secondary Road fund. Ayes Drake, Fischer, Wissler; nays none, motion carried. 


It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor's office. Ayes all, motion carried. 


Sac County Attorney Ben Smith presented a 28E agreement establishing a multi county county attorney office in and for Calhoun, Greene and Sac Counties. After some discussion, it was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to adopt Resolution 2026-028, approving the establishment of a Multicounty County Attorney Office in and for Calhoun County, Greene County and Sac County. Ayes Drake, Fischer, Wissler; nays none, motion carried. 

There was no report from the County Engineer. 
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
